Community Participants Wanted

Our events are community-focused — bringing families together through free, safe, and engaging experiences for all ages.

Before applying, please review the following requirements:

• Participants are responsible for maintaining a clean space and removing all garbage. Failure to maintain a clean space will result in immediate dismissal from the event.

• This is not a marketplace — all participation must be community-focused, with engagement prioritized over selling.

• Any sales activity must be incidental and secondary to the community purpose of the event.

• All participants must be properly licensed and insured, where applicable.

• Improper or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate dismissal from the event.
